This is one of worst company i seen in my life, they don't know how to treat freshers , they are treat like slave, worst persons i seen in my life. if any institutions or persons suggested this definitely they will take some amount from this fellow, no one join this company, even i couldn't able to say it company, this is worst place.

Hi everyone this is the fantastic firm for your learning and for your experience , and it got a calculative management they use their employees efficiently , if you are well enough talented they involve you in all kind of activities like site meeting , inspections and site visits etc as early as possible , which makes you to learn a lot as soon as possible.

for being an employee here you want to be a more responsible person which makes management happy, if you are a site engineer here and you are responsible for the material that given to you, losses due to damage or missing of consumable or non consumable material and the cost of losses will debited from your salary may be there is first warning some times, for example they give me a damaged and unusable ladder for a particular project i didn't even use that one for executing work, the project last for 6 long month unfortunately that precious unusable ladder was missing at the time of returning material which worth of zero cost , but the "didn't give me my 12 days salary " like this you face lot of AMAZING situation while working there , no matters you are experienced or fresher. the management not ready to loose single penny because of you , if they loose they will grab it from you. coming to salary... they following most weird method of salary calculation, and non of the employees have rights to ask about it. let me explain , first of all there is no casual leave , every leave u took will be loss of pay, and most extra-ordinary thing is ,if you take a leave upto 3 days is not a problem they will debit only 3 days salary , but for 4 days in a month they will debit 8 days salary from your account. about 30% of your salary will gone. let me explain the situation there. consider you are a fresh site engineer there with rs 10,000 pay , you are involved in a project you just missed something in a site execution leads to some losses and unfortunately u took 4 days sick leave or any unavoidable leave on the same month still that may informed to the management already , at the end of the month happy to have rs 5900 as your monthly pay for your month of hard work. those who are going to start your career here , that is a good choice , but one thing , kindly throw your thoughts about salary , economical growth , self respect and prepare your mind for learning , only learning.
