Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. I did not like this company at all. The work environment here is very poor. Specifically, Manish, who is the manager here, has kept the HR team unnecessarily and does the HR work himself. Employee appraisals are never on time, and they only promise variable pay but, at the end of the year, neither the variable pay nor the appraisal is given. This is a completely worse company.
