Likes

They are corporate money minded school. Removed teachers two days before lockdown anticipating pandemic. Working teachers situation is further pathetic. They are paying 40% to 50% salary even after 10 months of lockdown. Job security is zero.

Dislikes

Rude and dominating autocratic heads. Your works you get recognised. Only favouritism and recommendation works.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

They drain all our energy with long working hours and jam packed works. Even many people carry their work to finish at home. Rarely you get holiday on Saturday.Sometime holidays are announced only at last moment where you will be already ready for work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
