Great opportunity to learn new things and self grooming to the next level. Job security is 100% even if your performance is below average they will give enough time to improve yourself. Company culture is just awesome, there is no separate coding and quality teams. All the coder's and QAs will work as a team. Excellent team coordination and supports Excellent domain training

They will not consider female employees for next level once they are married even their performace is better than male employees. It will take more time to get a designation in vee technologies. Partiality and politics are there depends on the lead you are working under.
