Worst experience. They will never see about employee well being. They will hire when ever they want and terminate the employee when they don't have work load. Worst HR System. The worst managers.

Culture. Old timers sitting in the organisation who doesn't want to change. Company is 10yrs beyond People, Process and Technology.

Decent. But meeting never start or end on time. Sometimes it extends till midnight. Saturday and Sunday is not treated as leave. Old Leadres expect Managers to work 7days a week.

The people in designation takes full advantage of power and create a toxic place for you to survive. Adding to that they will make sure you are cornered and feel helpless about the wrong things that is happening around you.

It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good
