Likes

Promote hardworking + merit-based individuals rather than any politics. I got promoted based on my consistently high customer service and renewals. People commenting above are dissatisfied employees who were probably let go because of poor performance so are venting out here.

Dislikes

Sometimes the hours get long but that's expected for any startup.

My colleagues were good here. Except that there is nothing that I liked working with Veera. There is no motivation, no work life balance. You have to work like a donkey from morning till night. I worked over time almost everyday and the salary was like peanut.

I did not like anything here.
