- Low salary 10-12k for fresher - Poor salary hikes. Employees had worked 3 - 4 + years in this department and their salary was max 26k /month, what a joke. - Service department is basically a call center, most of the times you have to provide solutions via video or audio calls and man that is so frustrating. What's more frustrating is technical staff doing invoicing and quotation work, its botched up. Service Tours typically lasts about 15-20 days within country and can be any states. - Company will not provide you any overtimes when you go on 15-20 day service tours. - Also company will not hire you in "veer electronics" directly, they will hire you under another small company. - No proper salary slips. - You have to ask for joining letter otherwise they don't provide you. - Company's policies are quite exploitative to employees - Interdepartmental clashes...Read More
