Great experience overall but slow career growth and opportunities. Clean environment in office and supportive staff.

Dislikes

Career growth in the company is very slow. Less increments and working at a post for long terms. Some departments have politics but if you can survive it, it won't bother you much.

The people are good. Same level employees support each other. Management is good and approachable.

Dislikes

No promotion at all. Salary hike is something that’s totally absent. No support during covid times. They just give motivational speeches and nothing else. So many people are on roll but aren’t paid saying there’s no business. Salary is been cut by almost 25% and on the other hand they are also hiring new people with increased salary. Total hypocrites.

Work life balance is quite ok. Sometimes people do forget you’re on leave and they just question you about your tasks, besides that we always get a answer saying this is service industry, you have to deal with certain things.
