For sales, We require overtime pay because we work extra hours in sales. Incentives should be received quarterly.

The management is really good to work with. The working hours are very exhaustive and there is no consideration of Saturday Off .The working environment is pathetic with not much qualified and professional staff at the grass root levels .The Accounts team is under qualified and lack pro fessional ethics .The company policies need a big makeover . 1. Racism - they prefer gujarati for higher jobs 2. Only 15 leaves are allowed in a year ..no major holidays are given including gudi padwa ganesh etc. Timing is 10 to 7 from Monday to Saturday still management on daily basis enforce you to sit late 3. Current HR is not coperative. Pro mises many things but delivers none and very rude 4. Work culture is too bad...if you are close to directors you can have good salary, flexible timings despite having no experience/qualifications 5. Management have no manners/respects towards employees..if you are in director's cabin, you have to stand even if its been 3 hours. They don't respect even age 50+ employees..just few examples list is long 6. Basically it's a lala company..only 1 person decided everything and you are in close relation then only you can survive 7.
