They Provide Lunch which is quite decent Although the Salary is late by 10-15 days but it is given Financially Capability of Company is very good Site Offices / Head Offices are made good All Staff working are good

1. Management has no respect for the staff working for them day and night even for 10 years 2. Management is too hot headed and uses cuss words in every sentence 3. Management has trust issues even within their family members so imagine about staff 4. Management gives 3-4 Hours Lecture even on Diwali rather then celebrating the function, Basically there is no celebration only lectures, no enjoyment/stress revealing sessions in the company. 5. Sales Target are set so high that they want you not to achieve so they can fire you easily or even cuss you on that and later on say that I have taught you everything inspite it being quite the opposite (Hire and Fire Policy) 6. Just 15 Total Leaves including Annual-Paid-Sick Leaves and you have to answer and give reason for every leave even to MD (even if you are peon they are interest to know your reason) 7. Saturday everyone is doing time pass and even management is out on leave for personal enjoyment but wont give staff the required leave (Reasons unknown) ultimately resulting in frustrations in personal and work life. 8. Internal Politics is too High (even management is included) 9. If you want enjoyment with work do not join this company, if you are below 35 do not even think of joining this company basically its toxic atmosphere and its not because of staff 10. Accounts team is horrible and slower than snail, FNF takes 2 Months that too if you follow up. 11. No increment in Last 4 years

...well as personal level. 5. Team Work and bonding is the main key to success. 6. On time salary, despite of non availability of management you get your salary before 10th of Every month and never ever delayed.

1. Everyone is working for money so the biggest change can be done is appraisal on yearly basis. 2. Incentive should be added with monthly salary. 3. Annual Paid Leaves are only 15 which i feel should be 25-30. 4. No PF & Bonus.

We work all Saturdays ,we need atleast alternet saturday off

Office culture is really good. HR are supportive. Management are understanding. Projects are excellent and on time delivered.

Dislikes

For sales, We require overtime pay because we work extra hours in sales. Incentives should be received quarterly.
