Manager like mitesh panchal and amee kanuga are worst. Make your life hell. Ask you to stay more than your working hour and Saturday Sunday also. If you are fresher than don't go to this company. Do not join bio analytical QA department. Team members like rajanikant, vipul patel and prajakta are very toxic make u feel like u are dumb. And they will try their best to pull u down so out of frustration u yourself will resign. If u complain also in HR nothing going to happen....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
