Insult to satisfy ego indicate a disregard of respect, ethics in front of vendors, staff and clients every time not acceptable. Micro Managing to extent of requiring permission for restroom or anywhere is unacceptable. They prioritize obedience over professionalism, seeking subservient "YES SIR/MA'AM" rather than engaged employees. These are dislikes for employee but not for them.
