Working at Vedanya can be quite challenging due to the leadership style of the principal. She is found to be arrogant and lacking proper communication manners, she has no regard for the work done by others, everything for her is RUBBISH WORK (she constantly targets employees she dislikes and humiliates them personally as well as on group chats). However, the system works differently for the teachers she likes. The culture is toxic, disrespectful and full of politics. Additionally, the long-serving teachers appear to believe that they possess superior knowledge, leading to a culture where the new comers feel inadequate.
