Worst company to work with 1. Never acknowledge your work and if you are unwell also then at that time all they are concerned about is the update of work 2. Usually hire on contract basis so that they can be removed at any time. 3. Higher management plays politics 4. So many employees are working on managing the culture and human resources but nothing fruitful coming out. 5. My suggestion don't join this company if its a contratual role for permanent I am not sure....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
