I greatly appreciate the exceptional level of collaboration and teamwork demonstrated by my colleagues.

Dislikes

However, it is worth noting that there is room for improvement in the management's recognition of dedication. I have observed a lack of acknowledgment for those with strong work ethics, as they primarily highlight the work I've personally completed.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
