While taking interview in jd they told will be paid Rs 250 per hour but after joining they are paid Rs 75. Only after getting the kids enrolled the payment will be increased. This is total cheating 😔 I put all my efforts for the company but inspite of that they falsely blame telling that I didn't not take class properly which is very irritating. Don't join this company full politics already decided whom should be praised. Waste of energy, time and money. Asking to get a new sim but putting your hard earned money for them. Cheaters. Moreover asking teachers to take class during odd hours . Highest level is no leave for employees even Sundays we need to work. But the hr and seniors can take a week off. 1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.
