Well Business development is a typical sales job with cutthroat competition and no work-life balance especially at the associate level. Vedantu is no different than Byjus or any other Edtech company. Everything is target based which are really difficult to achieve most of the times. It also depends on the work location actually and your line manager. However, if u have great negotiation skills ( only negotiation is required as you are expected to make a sale even to those customers who aren't even looking or interested in your product) and a good manager then you can get promoted really fast but that's rare....Read More
