Work from home will squeeze your entire day , for the organisation even 14 to 15 hours is less as they don't consider anything aa personal space , meeting go on from 9 am till 12 midnight.

Dislikes

There is no Proper crm , everything is manual and product team is busy in their own way . finance team has intervention in everything and the worst management. When wrong decision are taken blame is passed on to the downside . Don't join the operations team , rather go for sales or marketing but still work life balance is pathetic
