Inexperienced & useless NITians & IITians are in vedanta direct payroll & experienced more productive & highly skilled people are under contract companies in very less salary working for vedanta. And the contract companies are very useless and very bad cultured companies like Vaaman engineering india Ltd, RMPL etc are working with Vedanta.
