Vedanta provides a diversified learning platform and opportunities .. Higher management is very supportive and interactive . Vedanta is taking care of their employees and Business Partners associated with it , in a very decent way. All the precautionary measure is being taken for plant operations with limited manpower .. Social distancing , wearing of mask and maintaining proper hygiene are the basic mantras which is being followed here to fight COVID 19 . People here are very friendly as most of the employees are of same age group ... I personally like Vedanta because Vedanta provides so many challanging roles that work life feels like adventure.. Overall work environment is good. There is ample scope for learning. Good team coordination. Payscale is good and company focuses more on safety.

Dislikes

There is no on job training for freshers and work pressure is very high. Process flow is not upto the mark and is more unproductive which leads to wastage of time and there by results in demotivation of employees. Process should be streamlined so that employees can get time for doing more practical work and thereby helps analysing costs etc.
