Very established brand and no competition as such. Demand is high. Company Owner keep driving the brand with passion and visionary.

Dislikes

No scope to learn, no scope to share feedbacks or to implement anything. Few of management grade professionals neither professional pedigree nor encourage update acquaintances, mostly prefer nepotism to the core, they ain't really allow new age professionals to settle down or to contribute. To unsettle new age they even use humiliation as a strategy. It's very unfortunate.

The company is continuing to fine tune its strategy around Mohey and is also working on adding future growth drivers in non-wedding segments within Manyavar, Manthan and new categories such as kids, footwear, perfumes, among others. Vedant Fashions Ltd is the best company in which we work.

- Friendly colleagues. - They celebrate all indian festivals (including men's and women's day) at office, they DON'T leave you alone with a holiday.

Attendance policy is worst (worse than a school). Very limited annual public holiday (almost half of what other companies provide). Poor infra for a corporate office (good infra for a familiy office), office location is not good either. There is no pantry at office, neither there is any decent restaurant nearby. They don't spend a single penny other than your CTC. No perks at all. No EPF, unless it's a entry-level position. Even the CTC includes all the random things (like insurance premium, leave encashment etc). No skill development opportunity for the corporate employees.
