Ready to work 15 hours everyday including Saturday if you stay more than 2 months you'll be working Sunday as well. Hire and fire policy. HR manages the product not the product head or TL. Don't believe in Google reviews everything is fake, HR forced new joinee to give good reviews.

Worst company ever in my life. All people are having fake experience and getting high salaries with the help of some team leader. No new joinee is staying more than 1 month. Fully politics.

Worst management.. No job security.. Whenever they want they will fire/terminate people... No other allownes only salary they will provide you.. You have to work more than 55hours also Saturday they will call to come office....No food, no transportation, no health insurance, only sick leave other than no leave, holiday also they will give by tamil calendar.. No work from home... If we got positive also they will say come and work here... Worst ever company, They treat you like slave and without any humanity. They will promise the timing as 10hr and weekend off. But they will make you work for 12 hours to 15 hours or even more and Will make you work even in weekends. The management and HR are puppets they will threaten you with the relieving documents and backgroundverification. No procedure at all they never follow any it standards and procedures.
