Very postive work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no any management of project execution. Nothing to learn just do the same thing as they instructed. Unwanted changed happen every day without any concern. Misleading of every thing. Manager and Floor TL are very bad.
