The people have a blinkered view of about everything. They think that they work in the best company and under best environment. the whole environment will make you remember your school days. It's a beautiful company to work with and can retire. I worked in Sales & Marketing division and I truly enjoyed by 9 years tenure

Dislikes

Promotion is mainly given to employees working in head office, sales team & other front end teams. Apart from sales and service people working in regional offices was given less importance. Sales and Plant is the best place to work if anybody is looking for longer career with promotions.
