Its a open work culture so none bothers tour regarding work!

Work Details

As into IT Service so the work space was pretty freedom. Its just the Salary hike and annual variable payout is not good.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
