The work is interesting and there is quite a bit to learn. There is culture of accountability which I like. There is future oriented movemet of the company as a whole, largely guided by the father company of DPR and a future focused leadership team. Although I personally have not experienced it myself, you have the flexibility to switch internally which I definitely want to exercise.

The issue for me specifically is that they dont take into consideration the experience and knowledge one has. Due to the mistakes I made in my past the growth that I saw as an individual is pretty mediocre. But even after the leadership liking the work that I do, the increment was nothing special. Mindset, if your manager have some perspective you can never change that so richer are getting richer poor are getting poorer. So some get awesome WFH without applying and other have been told to work from office only. Current Managers are those freshers who joined and become Manager in 5 years, They attend every meetings and who don't do any things just plan for Cricket events. Other deserving candidates for promotions have left the company. They have only 10-20% staff who are with company from last 5-8 years rest entire staff is less them 1 2 year in the company.
