You don't feel alone. Good for a fresher. When have no other job can try this

As soon as you reach the corporate, they take your original certificates. And for 7 days they will make you mug up all the costs and treatments without explaining concepts. The so called doctors are mostly of freshers and recent graduates or pharma.D. After which they take a review and let you work. So basically you are a sales person who sells their treatments and products. Irony is that you cannot buy the products if you want to try, not that they are good products but how will someone know without the experience. People there work only for incentives. But you won't get any incentive in the end. The MD, she acts like a god. Every Tuesday doctors along with branch managers have to attend a meeting before d clinic starts. She screams, shouts, threatens, insults, praises when you do good sales. Working culture in simple is you are a slave. No concept of privacy, except in the washroom s they have cc cams everywhere, they hear everything, I mean like they hired someone to monitor us all the time. That is the level of trust they show. You can see yourself from cc cams.... When you are late by 1 minute, when worn crocks, check shirts, no uniform, use phone, talk to your co worker, go for lunch, munch. You have to call the so called unjoined CUSTOMERS and beg them to join. Including the receptionist will tell you what to give. You are just a salesman who has doctor degree. No lunch break, you have to have when no customers. They monitor even that. On weekends work is soo demanding you have to skip lunch. We have to order food mostly 4 times a week. Pathetic work culture. Coming to the treatment parts, no privacy for patients. Take pictures and preliminary case, and post in the suggestion group for which you get reply from so called non medical experts. Have to work extra hours for which you fetch nothing. When you question some thing, they try to accuse you for the things you haven't done abd the so called superiors will warn you. Like you cannot go out for lunch.. So you gotta order food, for that you have to use mobile for which you get a photo hence the warnings as if we never work.
