Nothing,just gives opportunities for freshers, but it's a waste

They treat doctors like sales people.They have sales people whom they project as doctors and give them salaries more than doctors and moreover compare them with doctors.We even had a beautician acting as a doctor in our branch.If you are looking for an opportunity to earn money then it's fine .But if you are looking for an opportunity to learn skills,having work ethics, flexible timings,and want to be a good doctor then it is a big no.That is why I left the job within a month...Read More

I got to know about doses of medicines and new ways of diagnosing patient and making differencial diagnosis, good and positive work environment. Got to learn well about patient doctor relationship.

Dislikes

Well as i was working on my freewill without taking any salary just for getting this experience so i was lacking satisfaction and sense of settlement and financial growth. And also lacking behind with skills also at small place in mainpuri.
