Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.till now they didn't give experience certificat also

Evening thing about this company ,worst work culture,no appraisals only scolding and traumatic experience by the heads, this company is completely into sales nothing service related worst company.no leaves will be given they make u work extra and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also .
