I joined the firm thinking they are one of the biggest and established firms in Bangalore. The work culture is very poor, no one is on time to the office and they are fixed on their old process of doing things which doesn't help in learning and progress. Every thing is handled by the Boss and we have no exposure towards clients and the process. During the pandemic (COVID-19) our salaries and stipends were not issued for 2 months and later on given half of our salaries which is not in any way enough to survive....Read More

Dislikes

No punctuality, No positive feedback, No learning and career growth, No exposure towards architectural practices, Architects are treated as Draftsmen, No proper salary issuance.
