In Vayana, Engieering lead(Senior Vice President) is looking for the all DevOps work. He is a very egoistic person. His usual statement is like "I have created this team and if needed then i can again create the whole team from scratch". No respect for the team. Everytime he'll be like if you have any issue then bring it up to me then instead of solving or just try out any solution he'll blame the person.
