Rest of the things like employee benefits are very less,only seniors are getting regular increments or specially hr team,and heads are getting all type of benefits they are not taking care of their small or executive level team except Hr and heads of the company.

The old employees of the company think that they own the company and does not let a new employee to perform. And when they find out that the new employee is better in his or her work than them they play all kind of politics and get the employee kicked out of the company.
