SAIL is a great organisation having variety of people to work with, vast market network with vast range of products to meet the requirement of customers. Lots of opportunity to learn and experience new things.

Its not general but due to its plants location which concentrate the eastern part of county, its difficult for people of other part to spent entire span. Although its each location are having best amenities in the seance of modern leaving but still many professional dont like it. Had very good work culture, specially in Bhilai but it got spoiled over the years by entry of factors like caste, language, geography etc over the years. Moreover, after one person became Ho P&A at Bhilai who went on to become DP.

Dislikes

Promotion policy implementation based on caste, creed, language etc rather than competence & contributions towards organisation goals. So is the case with postings, rewards & training also.
