Working Culture is good, HR Policies are good.

Dislikes

Senior employees who are working in the company hinder the progress of new employee, work distribution in some departments are worst. The skills are not well utilized and even HOD' s are not taking action against older employee informing them about the concern multiple times. Promotion is also bias given only to some of the specific department every year.

Company culture is employee friendly with good HR policy. Also company respects women employee and R& D Staff is too much supportive. I love the fact that I am part of the team, high quality products and my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily with collaboration.
