No job security,very bad culture,even hr also don't know their policies,following only GM instructions,finally anybody can't work more than 2months.

Better don't go to this company until the GM left the company,that is not possible because he is one of the partener in the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
