not really . bcoz without salary nobody will work. Pune area has major salary issues.

HR confirmed that Company has Funds issue. from last 10 years, company facing funds issue. salary above 1lacs delayed by 3 months. no Saturday off, without salary, you have to go out of station , you need to invest your money to travel.
