Job is secured. It is like a semi government company.

Dislikes

Salary is deferred by 5-6 months. Very difficult to sustain and survive. Company doesn't have funds. Nobody has answers from top to bottom. HR is clueless everytime you approach to them.

my four salaries are pending after leaving the job. if you wanna work free, then you can join this company. no salary for senior management. I was working here for 6 months , but it was horrible. i received 2 salary only. and no full and final from last 6 months.

Salary delay by 3 to 6 months, No Bonus LTA, it can happened 3/4 times in a year. no stability , person centric company. not at all system working. they are Thekedaar, and treating you like labours. you have to fight for your salary.

Senior Staff is very cooperative and the work culture is also very positive. Your genuine problems are addressed properly and all support is provided.

Dislikes

The main disappointment is the salary structure, i.e., the perks and allowances are not paid regularly and high CTC is shown at the time of joining.

My suggestion is not to work in this company even double salary offered. This company is formed in the 1945 year. Iam Respect to the Chairman, MD only whose prefer the care of all staff from the binging. Not seen & meet anyone but saying correctly according to the overall experience. Grouping, Politics, Technology, Not support to new joiners is the main issues which stopped the company Growth, Success, Others competitive parameters.
