During pandemic period Vascon gave me job in Bmrcl Bangalore. It is a great help for my family. So i want to be a part of Vascon family for ever. Thanks for giving me opportunity to work in Vascon for the past 8 years. I have job satisfaction. Very good environment work place. Good coordination among the Staff.

Very very poor increment 6.66% the company has given this year 2023. I never except like this. I work more sincerely and loyally in Accounts department for the past 8 years. I joined in 2015 in Chennai project. 5 years worked and during pandemic period i lost job. Again the management gave me opportunity to work in Bmrcl Bangalore. I put more effort and work hard without seeing time. I am working loyal and straightforward to the company. I am continually following with the H.O. management to revise my increment. working culture is very safe and healthy especially for ladies. monday to friday strict working times. Employee benefits are LTA and medical compensation as a one gross salary every year. Diwali Bonus is one basic included in ctc.

Dislikes

Salary is irregular, sometimes it takes 2-3 months which creates financial insecurity. since four years not getting Diwali bonus / LTA medical which is long pending with company. Internal politics is very high so it difficult to make your progress.

my four salaries are pending after leaving the job. if you wanna work free, then you can join this company. no salary for senior management. I was working here for 6 months , but it was horrible. i received 2 salary only. and no full and final from last 6 months.

Salary delay by 3 to 6 months, No Bonus LTA, it can happened 3/4 times in a year. no stability , person centric company. not at all system working. they are Thekedaar, and treating you like labours. you have to fight for your salary.

Senior Staff is very cooperative and the work culture is also very positive. Your genuine problems are addressed properly and all support is provided.

Iam Respect to the Chairman, MD only whose prefer the care of all staff from the binging. Not seen & meet anyone but saying correctly according to the overall experience.
