The company (Goa location) is in bad condition. New plant head is no intrested at all. Always missing from the plant. His direct repotee Production manager has finished everything. This plant is capable of high NE and AIB score. But production manager is always looking to spoil everything. By his dirty trick he tries to disrupt glass line production. And tortures people under him. Always threatens other by taking RCTOs name. All the engineering department is shifted out as he hates anyone speaking to one lady. He can go to any extent to stop people from speaking to her. Such a shameless crip. He is deeply involved in spoiling people's career. It's heard that he has looted money of number of workers and others. He was smashed by many as he looted people's money. HR department is non functional. Someone even stole canteen coupons. This people sleep all the time. There is no discipline. The condition is of ' Aya Ram gaya ram'. HR team is not present only. Don't know how work from home is allowed only for deputy manager HR. She doesn't know H of human resource. She can only make salary and people upset by her very rude behaviour. She even shouts at her boss who always sleeps in office....Read More

Everything. Commercial department is controlled by one person from Bihar. Even the head is scared of him. He has looted the company. Arlem depot security is hand in gloves with him who generates fake bills. The security guard roams with four wheeler. Everyone in the plants and depots know it. During our night shifts we discuss things all are sad but nothing improves. We are paid very less but this people loot company. The is security contractor who is chalu lomdi. The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs

In Varun Beverage there is so much to learn as it is fast growing FMCG company so there is always a place to learn something new.

Dislikes

The policies and procedures of Varun Beverages are not so good. There is no work life balance and no activity is conducted in varun beverage related to skill development and here 6 days working is there. Also Here HRs are just watchdog not doing anything just watching and enjoying in every plant.

It's just been 1 month here. I like the environment, I'm from IT team business applications and I've experienced that the work load is not that much, weekends are completely off and there's a chill environment. You can learn new things. You can get some wfh also.
