People sitting in top management act quite Sketchy all the time as if they own the corporation themself, a lot of times one can be simply asked to leave the company due to personal favour to someone else, no professional ethics at all. I have seen a lot of zero face value person literally making big bucks while on the other hand a genuine hard work smart guy being removed in a very unpleasant unofficial fashion. The company (Goa location) is in bad condition. New plant head is no intrested at all. Always missing from the plant. His direct repotee Production manager has finished everything.
