Talking about my overall experience in thirumeni finance is more than my expectation level. Its an organisation open for new technology and young talent. Working atmospher is excellent there is no hieracy level in the organisation.Payout structure is good in the organisation.

Thirumeni finance is an good organisation to work with but organisation growth rate is as compare to other finance organisation. Although company is having deset growth rate but up to the level of other organisation...

I have joined Thirumeni finance as a management trainee and my work is visit 5-6 new client every day. During my visit i have to talk to customer regarding company product and policy which are they offering .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
