This is a very good company Wich leads by caste based people if you belongs to their caste then you will get appraisal easily and you will get promotions easily ,you have to wait for annual appraisal another year I.e actual apprials was on every June but you have to wait up to Next Feb or March which is late for 8 months and there is no specific roles and responsibles If you join in this organization you have to do Multiple roles but one thing if any one belongs to teaching they have very good opportunity to gives best. Totally I learned a lot from my seniors they are best in the world as many knowledge if an employee comes from here with more than one year experience no doubt about them take them to your company they gives the best....Read More

Dislikes

There is no proper appraisal process, full of caste politics work environment is worst,there is no work life management and they don't provide any training there is no job security totally worst culture

My work is HR managemt I have to care of from employees recruitment to employee retire the total work between hire to retire we have to do we facing multiple challenges but I will learn a lot from my seniors my career started here it's boost career

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
