Excellent peers and colleagues...Cooperative peers and colleagues

Dislikes

Extremely bad politics at top management which leads to very high demotivation, poor job security and poor work environment. Extremely reluctant & conservative in considering good appraisal at the end of the year. Not a professional approach or method in assessing a person's performance. Average annual increment is hardly between 2%to 6% which is quite low considering its competitors average annual increment. Overall work environment and work culture is extremely different as compared to good Multinational organizations....Read More

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
