its a pvt ltd company managed by only one boss mr biren karani who is every day tracking existing employees resume on job portal if he found anyone CV on portal then he will arrange interview call from his freinds company to that employee. if employee get ready for job interview the immediate he will give you termination letter and even he will not pay your salary as well.

I have the unfortunate experience of working at Varie Valves Pvt Ltd under the management of Mr Biren Karani (MD). It was one of the most demotivating and toxic work environments. micromanagement was extreme. Every task, no matter how small, was scrutinized. There was little to no trust in employees to get their work done independently. He did not attempt to recognize or reward hard work. It felt like a dead-end job with no real opportunities for advancement. One of the most frustrating aspects was the constant monitoring of personal time. Checking bathroom break timings was a common practice, which felt like an invasion of privacy There was no salary increment or recognition of the extra effort put in. The management always had excuses, but employees were stuck with stagnant pay at the end of the day, which only added to the frustration. The work culture under Biren Karani's leadership was incredibly demotivating. Feedback was often given in an abusive and harsh manner, making employees feel undervalued and unappreciated. He gives special treatment and privileges to certain employees regardless of their actual performance. This created a toxic environment, Where it was clear that promotions and recognition were based on personal relationships rather than merit Varie Valves Pvt Ltd under Biren Karani's leadership is not a place where you will feel valued or respected. The Toxic work culture, Micro-Management, and lack of career growth make it extremely difficult to stay motivated.
