Salary low i have get only 14000 thousandin hand compare my salary Workertaken more salary & every day work to shift end as well as 12 hrs duty in every months bcz any officer going to leave only adjusting for me. He call them after shift end working more any other official work.

Selfish management. Every month cut the salary of supervisors and incharges. Only struggle is there. Every time they have urgency for the machine.
