Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Got a multiple changes in various fields to prove my self

Some of Staff are nothing but acts like the boss... Definitely VMT will lose their good employes as well as their Customers. Need to chg that staff asap.if you want to know the name of that employe choose any of your good staff and tell them to right one name who should not work for vmt and U will get the name. Cent %
