There is no work pressure but more of a office politics and unnecessary mental pressure of seniors

Office politics is at supreme level. They don't fire people but go for asked resignation. They have asked fir resignation with many employees. Hr head has neither a degree nor knowledge and uses power to favour its favourite employees. I have worked with him and he has made no talented employee left in the organisation.

Training and development part for new joinees is excellent. One is free to work and free to experiment with all resources. It has well equipped lab at all the units under this group and have research facilities. In one sense Here people can develop himself as an industrial as well as academic expert.
