Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not much supportive and the management is not much transparent. There is no cafeteria but a canteen managed and run by company. Company policies are not too good, forget about appraisals and they didn't give any hike on salary and never clear your bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not much decent and career growth is also slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. If you resign before you will have to sign an another agreement bond of not joining in the same territory till next coming 2 years. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job and Very bad experience. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles.
