Good work environment and culture. Management is quite supportive. Appraisals are fair and they provide Salaries on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics which lead to miscommunication at times and hamper the transperancy at the end. There is a scope of providing more and better training sessions for the new and existing employees.

The job was interesting there. I learnt everything on floor and got a chance to enhance my skills in different skills and domain.

Nothing, manager over there is everything, VP is not at all interested whether employees are happy or not.

Dislikes

No job security, even you perform well no body will appreciate you. If you have to take leave the other day there are high chances that you may get fired, no medical leave, you have to be available even if you are dying. Manager uses slangs, treat everyone as servants
