There was a only good part of finance department was Ameya dharap and now he is not. So know it's not that good. Can't say much

No transport, micro management, if we are normal sick and wanted leave for 1 day they need medical certificate, managers not defending team but only blame, while interview it's was said that we have travel opportunity but in fact we don't get chance only higher management goes always, manager partiality, worst than bpo culture

Salary is comparatively ok. Culture is mildly polluted due to hiring loads of people coming from different environment and bringing up ideas from their background. But overall its a nice place to be.

Dislikes

Good place to work , but very rigid to undergo change! Even if someone is ready to transform mostly due to business needs things might not work out. It’s a market driven workforce provider branch office in Pune.
